Photography Post #16

the first picture was taken in the photography building. in the computer lab. i like it because of the transparency and the idea that there is pictures inside of a picture. it a cool unique idea. and i like the light shining through. the next picture is in the computer lab, i took it because i have never seen it before and i enjoy the shape and dimension it has. to me it somewhat reminds me of an abstract version of new york city and the architecture of the huge buildings. and skyline. and finally the ;last picture was also taken ion the computer lab i like because it is a new point of view and many people probably don't know what it is. it is the thing use to focus your images when enlarging them. i like because it shows you directly where to look and shows a unique and different perspective. very interesting.

Photography Blog #15

the first picture was taken outside of the vocational building, i really like because of the exposed wiring and electrical stuff. i think it something different that not a lot of people have seen. it is interesting. i also like that there a spiderwebs and leaves hanging off of it. the second was taken in the computer lab. i like because it looks very interesting and like the white wire is dividing the picture into two separate pictures instead of one. and finally the last picture. i took this picture because i like the bright orange colors. they are very vibrant. it also looks interesting because its so nice and vibrant but is crumpled up like trash.

Photography Blog #14

The first picture was taken in the computer lab i like it because pf the silvery flashy quality it has. it look very geometric and futuristic when it is only a keyboard. it in dry intriguing. the second picture i a picture of sun chips in the bag. i like because it almost looks like a time portal or mirror maze it look every trippy. the sun chips are also juxtaposed to the flashy tin like paper. the last picture is a picture of the chair in the computer lab. i like it because it looks very vintage and old with the dirty muted colored carpet. with the dusty chair leg just laying there looks very ominous and old.

Photography Blog #13

Once again, I have another blog featuring classroom apple products. The first picture is a focused close up of the application icons that you see at the bottom of a computer screen. The second picture is my favorite because not only does it pay attention to the close detail on my rose-gold apple iPhone but it also has a reflection at the top of it of the apple computer and the light reflecting off of it. The last picture is of the main apple symbol on the computer. I used my flash to capture the shining glimmer of the metal surrounding the symbol.

Photography Blog #12

The first picture was taken in the computer lab. i took because i liked the angle and depth of field of the picture. i feel that picture is very inspiring and has a message behind it because it is saying the we need to work more and put down our phones. the second is taken out side of the fine arts building i like because it is a small lush beautiful green plant growing out of the hard grey monochrome concrete. the nest was also taken in the computer lab, i took out because i feel like the one corner of tape symbolizes the computer is slowly falling apart.

Photography Blog #11

This week I took blog pictures on the preschooler playground at Eldorado. My first picture is a downward view onto a tic tac toe game and other featured objects with the playground. The shadows are facing backward because I took this around 1:00pm. My second picture is close up picture on sand which shows a lot of value because of how the shadows differ from the different level of ground. It also shows a lot of detail from previous walkers. The final picture is of a slide. I like this picture because it looks like this and the previous sand picture are almost connected. The bright yellow stands out even though I was in a dark shadow when I took this.

Photography Blog #10

the first picture was taken in the computer lab on your desk. I took this because i look the  unified look of the clear tacs in the bowl. also i like the contrast of the clear lucite angelic tacs with the hard sharp end of the tac. i real enjoy this picture. the next picture was also taken in the computer lab. in the cabinet i like it because of the juxtaposition of the hard black edge of white sharp inside of the cabinet. the last picture was taken outside of the fine arts building. i like this because this little baby plant was growing out of the hard cement. i feel that this picture is a metaphor for life, and how you can prosper even in the hardest darkest places, i hope you enjoyed my pictures.

the first picture was taken outside of the fine arts building, i took it because i like the contrast and juxtaposition of the rusted futuristic hard pipe, with the green lush leaves. it has great contrast between the leaves and the pipe. i very much enjoy it. the second was taken in your desk in the computer lab. i took this because i have never seen the inside of it before. i like how it is unorganized but it still look s ut together and everything is in piles. looking unison. and finally the last picture i like because of the leaves. i like how they look like they are coming out of the picture and growing on you. showing growth figuratively and literally. i hope you enjoy my pictures.

these are my three pictures for the week the first i took behind the fine arts building. i like it because of the in focus faucet behind the blurry leaves it adds a very nice element to the photo. My next picture is in front of the library on the wall. It is a hole on the corner of the wall, I like because of its depth of field and some chaotic look. And finally the last picture was also taken on the fine arts building I like because it is a ghetto looking surrounding with the bright cobalt splatter bringing life to the area and picutre.

The first picture is of a picture I found within the photography computer room. I really like this because it incorporates lights and darks to show a lot of value. The picture beside it is abstract to make the overall picture have a lot of contrast. The second picture is of used up ink cartridges within the classroom as well. I like this because it has a lot of balance with the contrasting colors. The final picture is of cabinets within the classroom. I really focused in on the first one so that you could see the detail of how it was crafted and how the cabinets continue.

the first picture is on your desk. I took this because i really like the bright colors and the sinhy sparkling can. all the bright happy colors together in the can are nice. the next ;picture is taken on the stairs i like this because of the space and moment the stairs give the picture movement and show your eyes where to look. the last picture is in the computer lab, i like it because the cords give the picture a nice shape and industrial look. i looks very futuristic which i very much enjoy. it reminds me of the movie Tron. i feel like this picture could be a metaphor.

The first picture was taken in front of the fine arts building I took this up close to the drain grate or grill for the rain. I like this because of the depth of field it has and how the bar divided the picture. The second picture was taken from the library balcony looking over all the trees in the courtyard of Eldorado. I took this picture because I liked the dim lighting peeking through the holes in the foliage. And finally the last picture was taken on top of one of the architectural layers of the stairs I took this because I like the sparkling expensive looking glitter against the dead dirt and leaves. It adds great contrast the the picture

i took this picture in the computer lab. i like this because i really love the shape of the light and the texture it has. I also like how the bright light looks against the contrast of the dark room. i also like the symmetry.
this picture is also in the computer lab. i call this the apple collection. i like this picture because i pilled it like garbage but it is a lot of expensive things. i also feel like this could be an apple display, at the apple store.

and finally i took this picture in the computer lab. i took this because i like the clean white white lines of the keyboard. i also like how it looks like their is a secret message in the picture. i hope you enjoyed my photography.

I took this picture underneath the air conditioner of one of the portables, i liked this because of the contrast of the bright green plant and the brown dull dirt, i also liked the dew drops. they are very pretty and a sparkle to the picture.
i took this picture underneath the air conditioner, it was this weird puddle like thing filled with trash and leaves. i liked it because of the sheen the water gives to everything else in the picture. i think this picture looks somewhat fantasy which i like.

i took this picture behind the science building, between the math and science building, i like this picture because of the shadows it has on it, and the dimension the rock gives to the picture.

This photo was taken out side in the junk yard. i took it because I liked the font of the sign and I liked the irony of it, because the sign says "End School Zone" but the sign is at school and on campus. I like this photo because of the sharp geometric edges the wood has. i also like the shadow that is cast.
I took this picture above the stairs in a dirt area. I thought that this piece of trash was very interesting and i liked the colors of the packaging and i like how to happy new looking bubbles looked against the dirty decomposing ground. the picture is contrasting, not in the colors but with the opposites of the subject matter.
This picture was taken in the library here. I liked how the scattered puzzle pieces looked, with all the different colors scattered around the frame. also i like this picture because i tried something new and used a fish eye lens to take this picture.

I HOPE YOU ENJOYED!

The Invitation
This is my first picture I have taken in this class. I call this picture "the invitation" I took this picture because I enjoyed the way the door was slightly open, like it is inviting you in. This picture to me is very creepy, and has a horror factor. I added the black and white filter and extra contrast to give the picture a worn down, menacing vibe.

 Metal Sunset
This picture is called "Metal Sunset" I choose this picture because i liked the clashing of the rusted old background, and the sharp metal edges. I decided to call it Metal Sunset because the background reminds of a gorgeous sunset. I was inspired by Andy Warhol, and 50's pop art for this, this is my favorite picture I have taken so far.

Vintage Work
This picture I found on the back of a piece of Machinery in the junk yard, it was quite a hard picture to take, but I am very pleased with my result. this picture was inspired by vintage road signs from the 50's and 60's. This picture is vintage looking without being to worn down and looking like trash, which I like.

I Hope You Enjoyed
